The brand animation Melbourne challenge
Connect Labs were building a new website for Pan Software. They needed a hero brand animation to launch RiskWare R3. It is their integrated Governance, Risk, Compliance and Safety platform.
The brief had to do three jobs at once. First, it had to hold the stage at an industry conference. Also, it had to anchor the product page on launch day. Above all, it had to be short enough for social. Finally, it needed to land the product story in under a minute.
That product story is complex. In short, one integrated platform replaces the patchwork of disconnected tools most safety and risk teams use.
Our approach to the RiskWare R3 brand animation
Connect Labs brought Phoenix in to quote and produce the animation end to end. First, we translated the product brief into a script and storyboard. Above all, one message had to lead: one integrated GRC and safety platform.
Next, we designed a clean, brand-aligned 3D visual language. Meanwhile, we built the sequences to work in short form and long form. Then, we animated the piece in 3D with a clear voiceover and end-to-end brand consistency.
As a result, Connect Labs got a hero video ready for the conference, the site and social. Finally, the same asset carried into RiskWare R3 marketing across the following months.
The results
Pan Software now has a polished, on-brand launch animation. As a result, it lives on the new RiskWare R3 site. Also, it powered the conference stage where the product was first announced. Above all, Connect Labs got one asset that solved three problems.
“We had a great experience working with the team to create a 3D video experience for a website we were building for a client. Excellent communication and execution, highly recommend.”
