Let’s build a marketing strategy that gets results. Talk to the Phoenix team today.

Athletes for Hope Australia was running an Athlete Community Leadership Workshop in Melbourne. The workshop brought athletes together to build storytelling skills, guided by Shelley Ware, Olympian Rowie Webster, and Sisters in Strength co-founders Mark Whyte and Kerryn Taylor. Above all, the team needed video coverage that would capture the energy of the day. Also, the finished work had to keep travelling across social media in the weeks that followed. Finally, the content needed to honour the personal stories the athletes were sharing on the day.
Phoenix Marketing captured the workshop end to end. First, we set up on venue with a mobile crew and filmed the sessions, panels and one-on-one conversations. Meanwhile, we captured the moments between sessions where the real stories tend to land. Next, we edited a highlight film that pulled the day together. Then, we produced a series of shorter social cuts that carried the athlete stories across Instagram and LinkedIn. As a result, the messages of connection, culture and leadership kept travelling long after the workshop finished.
“Sean is a consummate professional. I have worked with him in corporate and Not For Profit settings. He navigates, captures and curates content creation with clarity and kindness. He is efficient, reliable and super easy to work with.”Julia Symons, Chief Impact Officer, Athletes for Hope Australia
